This page introduces the four search functions we provide. Here, you can learn how to use our retrieval functions, and we have provided an example for each function to facilitate a better understanding of their functions and how to use them. Details are as follows:

The following three search tools are designed to help you quickly and accurately find specific gene, mRNA, and protein information. Through the search page, you can use multiple keywords to conduct vague or precise searches to meet your research needs.

In the search bar, we have provided the following key search fields to enable you to precisely locate the gene you are interested in:

  • Identifier:Enter the identifier of the gene, mRNA, or protein, such as the full gene ID or part of the gene ID, to quickly find the target gene.

  • Name:Enter the name or keyword for your search, and the system will search for records containing that name or keyword.

  • Accession:This is a unique identifier number in the database to ensure that you can find precisely matching records.

  • Organism:Select or enter the name of the organism to help narrow your search and only find data for specific organisms.

Using these fields, you can conduct combined searches based on your needs, achieving both vague and precise matches with ease. Examples are as follows:

1. Gene Search

2. mRNA Search

3. Protein(Polypeptide) Search

4. Biological Sample Search

This search tool mainly provides search functions for organism information data corresponding to transcriptomes in the database. Through the search page, you can use multiple keywords to conduct vague or precise searches to meet your research needs.

In the search bar, we have provided the following key search fields to enable you to precisely find the organism data you are interested in:

  • Name:Enter the name or keyword for your search, and the system will search for records containing that name or keyword.
