This page shows R-loop level data normalized by DESeq2 of 64512 genes in 44 samples, 16 samples were from variable temperature condition, 12 samples were under different light sources, 12 samples were at different stages of development and 4 samples were used as controls for the above three groups (CTRL-7d-1 and CTRL-7d-2 were shared by the light group and the temperature group). In additional, due to the file format, the remaining 9 samples, including 8 samples under different stresses conditions and 1 negative control, were displayed in JBrowse of A. thaliana.
